Hmmmm... New Living Translation? I'm reviewing a NLT for Tyndale right now. It's pretty nice. One that I've been reading lately is ESV. So far I like it a lot. My favorite is KJV, then NKJV. I've read the KJV for close to 30 years now. It's just what I'm used to. I do like to read other versions because it helps to shed light on difficult passages. Sometimes we don't always understand what a verse fully means because some words can be translated in more than one way.

I haven't read the NCV yet, but might give it a shot later.
Anyone want to know my favorite translation? Anyone?

Good review!
