The Spirit of Prophecy

(Rev. 19:10 KJV) 10 And I fell at his feet to worship him. And he said unto me, See thou do it not: I am thy fellowservant, and of thy brethren that have the testimony of Jesus: worship God: for the testimony of Jesus is the spirit of prophecy.

John was so overwhelmed with what he saw that he fell down to worship the one showing him the Marriage Supper of the Lamb and the Bride of Christ. This shows the honesty of John’s writings. We are to only worship God.

Fine Linen

(Rev. 19:8 KJV) And to her was granted that she should be arrayed in fine linen, clean and white: for the fine linen is the righteousness of saints.

The clean and white fine linen represents the righteousness of the Church. The Church has been judged and purified at the Judgement Seat of Christ and are ready to go to the Marriage Supper of the Lamb.

The Bride of Christ is the Church.

Paul tells us this in his letter to the Corinthians.

Lord God Omnipotent

“And I heard as it were the voice of a great multitude, and as the voice of many waters, and as the voice of mighty thunderings, saying, Alleluia: for the Lord God omnipotent reigneth.” (Rev. 19:6 KJV)

The great multitude in heaven continues to worship God together because He has established His reign and destroyed Babylon, showing that He is all-powerful.

A Voice

And a voice came out of the throne, saying, Praise our God, all ye his servants, and ye that fear him, both small and great. (Rev. 19:5 KJV)

There are several views on the voice that came out of the throne. One possibility is it’s the voice of the glorified Christ speaking from his humanity. This would make sense because he uses the words “our God”. There is a time when the need of the son-ship (mediator) will end.
