Fear None
“Fear none of those things which thou shalt suffer: behold, the devil shall cast some of you into prison, that ye may be tried; and ye shall have tribulation ten days:” (Rev 2:10a KJV)
Jesus doesn’t want us to fear those that would do evil to His people for His name’s sake. There will be trials, but we should remain faithful to Christ.
A Crown of Life
“be thou faithful unto death, and I will give thee a crown of life.” (Rev 2:10b KJV)
Those that are martyred, that are faithful and endure even unto death, will receive a crown of life.
“Blessed is the man that endureth temptation: for when he is tried, he shall receive the crown of life, which the Lord hath promised to them that love him.” (Jam 1:12 KJV)
